Figure It Out 1997

Figure It Out is an American children's game show that airs on Nickelodeon. The original series, hosted by Summer Sanders, ran for four seasons from July 7, 1997 to January 12, 2000; the revival of the show began running on June 11, 2012 and is hosted by Jeff Sutphen. Kids with special skills or unique achievements compete as contestants on the show while a panel of four Nick celebrities try to guess the predetermined phrase that describes the contestant's talent. The series is a loose adaptation of What's My Line? and I've Got a Secret, both established panel shows created by Mark Goodson and Bill Todman. Shortly after the series aired its last first-run episode, Figure It Out began airing repeats on Nick GAS until the network ceased at the end of 2007. Its tagline is That Strain on the Brain. The series was originally recorded at Nickelodeon Studios at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. The revival episodes are filmed on stage 19 at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles. Reruns of the Sanders-hosted series were among the shows carried on the now-defunct cable channel Nickelodeon Games and Sports for Kids; and also several episodes of the Sanders-hosted series have also aired as part of The '90s Are All That, a 1990s-oriented rerun block that airs on TeenNick, as the series aired on the block from August 3, 2012, to August 5, 2012.

Father Figure is a British comedy television series that was first broadcast on BBC One on 18 September 2013. In Ireland the series first aired on RTÉ Two in September 2013. The six-part series was written by Jason Byrne and directed by Nick Wood.

Figure 17 Tsubasa & Hikaru is an original anime series created by Genco and OLM, Inc. and directed by Naohito Takahashi. The series featured character designs by Yuriko Chiba and music by Toshihiko Takamizawa. The series is unusual due to it having an hour time slot per episode rather than the standard half hour time slot.

2009 Canadian Figure Skating Championships

The 2009 Canadian Figure Skating Championships were the Canadian Figure Skating Championships for the 2008-2009 figure skating season. The Canadian Championships are the figure skating national championship which determines the national champions of Canada. The event was organized by Skate Canada, the nation's figure skating governing body. Skaters competed at the senior and junior levels in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Although the official International Skating Union terminology for female skaters in the singles category is ladies, Skate Canada uses women officially. The competition took place between January 14 and 18, 2009 in the Credit Union Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The results of this competition were used to pick the Canadian teams to the 2009 World Figure Skating Championships, the 2009 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships, and the 2009 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, as well as the Canadian national team. The junior compulsory dance was the Starlight Waltz and the senior compulsory dance was the Viennese Waltz.

Dick Figures 2010

Dick Figures is an American adult animated web comedy series created and written by Ed Skudder and Zack Keller. The series, featuring two stick figures named Red and Blue who are best friends, aired for the first time on November 18, 2010. Episodes, which are typically under 4-minutes in length, are distributed on YouTube by Mondo Media. The series is aimed at mature audiences. In 2012, Zack Keller was nominated for an Annie Award in the Directing in an Animated Television/Broadcast Production category for the episode titled Kung Fu Winners. Most episodes are rated TV-MA with a select few having been given a TV-14 rating. The series, comprising 40 episodes, has been viewed over 250 million times. After raising $313,000 on KickStarter, a feature-length Dick Figures film has been produced at Six Point Harness and distributed by Mondo. The 73-minute film became available on all major digital platforms on September 17, 2013, including the new independent movie streaming site, Yekra.

Rubbery Figures was a satirical rubber puppet series that screened in Australia in various forms from 1984 to 1990. It appeared on TV comedies like The ABC's Rubbery Figures and Fast Forward. It featured puppets of major political and social characters.
