Wallander 2005

Wallander is a Swedish television series adapted from Henning Mankell's Kurt Wallander novels and starring Krister Henriksson in the title role. The 1st series of 13 films was produced in 2005 and 2006, with one taken directly from a novel and the remainder with new storylines suggested by Mankell. The 2nd series of 13 films was shown between 2009 and 2010. The stories are set in Ystad near the southern tip of Sweden. The three films Before the Frost, Mastermind, and The Secret were premiered in cinemas, with the rest first released as direct-to-DVD movies. The first episode of the second series, Hämnden, was released in Swedish cinemas in January 2009; the rest of the series was made for television. The BBC aired all 26 episodes of the Swedish television versions on BBC Four. A third and final season, containing six 90 minute episodes, will air in 2013 with Charlotta Jonsson as Linda Wallander. The first episode, adapted from the novel The Troubled Man, was released in cinemas in January 2013.

Against the Wall 2011

Against the Wall is an American police drama television series created by Annie Brunner. The series starred Rachael Carpani as Abby Kowalski, a police detective who recently joined the Internal Affairs division of the Chicago Police Department. The series was broadcast in the United States on the cable channel Lifetime, and is a production of Universal Cable Productions. It premiered on July 31, 2011, following Drop Dead Diva. Lifetime opted not to renew the show for a second season.

The Wall 2008

The Wall was a British comedy television programme presented by Alexa Chung and Rhys Thomas. The programme was produced by Zeppotron for BBC Three and premiered on the channel on 8 April 2008. The programme featured a regular cast of Lucy Montgomery, We Are Klang, Simon Brodkin and Jamie Glassman who performed comedy sketches, interviews and music and were joined each week by celebrity guests. At the heart of the programme was a large video wall on which viewers could rate sketches and make suggestions. The show was named the "Worst British TV Panel Show/Satire of 2008" in The Comedy.co.uk Awards.

Brain Wall

Brain Wall is a component of the Japanese game show Tonneruzu no Minasan no Okage deshita Video clips from the show proliferated on video-sharing websites and the concept was eventually adopted by several countries. It became popularly known to non-Japanese speakers as simply Human Tetris, or Hole in the Wall, named for its involvement of the physical body and a supposed close resemblance to the rules of the video game Tetris.

Hole in the Wall was a game show that aired on BBC One in the United Kingdom. This game was an adaptation of the Japanese game Brain Wall in which, players must contort themselves to fit through cutout holes of varying shapes in a large polystyrene wall moving towards them as they stand in front of a swimming pool. Each week, two teams of television personalities compete for £10,000 in prize money to be donated to their chosen charity. Dale Winton served as the original host while Strictly Come Dancing ballroom dancer Anton du Beke and former international cricketer Darren Gough were the team captains for the first series. Additionally, Jonathan Pearce comments on the replays and Peter Dickson provides the opening voice-over. The wall is activated by the presenter shouting Bring on the wall!. On 3 July 2008, the BBC announced that the show had been commissioned for BBC One. A second series was confirmed, with Anton du Beke giving up his captain role to take over from Dale Winton as host, and new team captains in the shape of former rugby player Austin Healey and actor Joe Swash. Anton du Beke has announced he may be a guest as well as hosting on the last show of the series.

Hole in the Wall was an Australian television game show hosted by Jules Lund, based on the Japanese game show Brain Wall. In the show, contestants are required to fit though holes in a polystyrene wall that moves towards them Produced by Fremantle Media, the show began airing on the Nine Network from 6 August 2008.

Wall Street Warriors 2006

Wall Street Warriors is a documentary and reality TV series that details the lives of various Wall Street entrepreneurs. A MOJO HD channel original series, each episode is 30 minutes long and shot in high definition video. Currently two seasons have aired and a third season is in production. MOJO HD recently announced it will be going dark in December, 2008 and it is uncertain which network will air the current season of the series. On February 18, 2009 the opening scenes surfaced on the web for the Wall Street Warriors Season 3. Even though it was a very brief video it seems to have been made during the peak of the October 2008 stockmarket turmoil. The hope is that Season 3 will eventually make it on air or in some online form.

Hole in the Wall

Hole in the Wall is the Polish version of the UK comedy show, which has the same name. It started airing the show in 2009 on TV4. It is hosted by people from cabaret group Formacja Chatelet - Adam Grzanka, Adam Małczyk and Michał Pałubski. The biggest prizes on the show are 3,000 złotys and 6,000 złotys. Hole in the Wall is shown on every Saturday at 10 PM
